It was a bright and sunny afternoon, min ling and jesslyn were on our way back to home, happy as larks. We had just finished walking around the HONG MAO QIAO ESTATE. Having nowhere to go but min ling's house, jesslyn forced min ling back home despite the long and exhausting journey.
When they reached their destination, they took of our shoes and socks, went toilet-ing and started doing their school and of sorts of nonsense homework. Jesslyn purposely tortured the white monkey on min ling's bed. It was indeed a good job done just like min zhi mama said so.
After several minutes, it started raining sweets and chocolates. Jesslyn, who has faster reactions than min ling the slow pok, hurriedly went to close all the windows. They stopped doing their homework as they really had no idea how to start their masterpiece.They decided to on the flat-screened desktop in guo yang korkor's MESSY room. "SORRY! For stepping in!"Jesslyn the kind and obedient girl said.=)
Just before the clock striked 5.50p.m, the cordless phones rang. Min zhi mama was the caller. She could not walk back home because of the heavy downpour. She and kelvin.b had no umbrella to reacht their home sweet home. Two kind souls in the house wiped out four umbrellas out of the store room. While waiting for the lift, min ling asked jesslyn to check the conditions of the umbrella. One of them was spoilt. Thank goodness they realised it. There was no more time to lose. Min ling ran as fast as the wind and took another in-good-condition umbrella.
On the way to the bus-stop, jesslyn's umbrella FAN three times. SO poor thing. Jesslyn was soaked to the skin. Jesslyn passed the umbrella to kelvin.b and min ling passed the umbrella to min zhi mama. Happily, we all went back home. Jesslyn changed out into min ling's brown teeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee-shirt and got ready to go back to her OWN HOME. She bidded goodbye to her mama and went down. SAfely in the car, she thought about the two experiences she experienced during the day..
